Book Off is the largest secondhand bookstore chain in Japan. Book Off is part of the "Off" chain along with others like Mode Off and Hard Off. In addition to books, they also sell manga, CDs, DVDs, video games, video game consoles and mobile phones. The Book Off stores can be easily distinguished by their big orange logo and blue font.

Excellent selection and prices! I found ten chapters of Food Wars for 1100 yen, GTO episode for 110 yen and SpyxFamily for 140 yen! Damn!
This is a huge book store that carries a ton of Japanese books, in addition to manga, at a great deal. During the time I went, they were having 100 Yen sale (approximately $1.00 USD) for a large selection of their manga. Book quality and overall condition was superb.
Good place to find reasonably priced cheap used books, figurines, games and electronics. Different locations, different products.
While they do run englisch advertisements in the shop s most staff doesn't even speak a little englisch. Fortunately most will try to help you nonetheless / use Google translate.
One of the things I love about Japan is anime and ita merch.. and here ia the place you can get both. You need to have patience to look for stuff but you will get what you came for. From keychains, acrylic stands to plush toys (oh, they have tons of booka, dvds and games as well) you can acquire this for a fraction of ita original cost.
Bonus here is the staff. Thay are corteous and friendly.
A special mention to the personnel who helped me. You made my day.
Wonderful place for second hand books, CDs, dvds n others
