This is my favorite store because I can buy good products at reasonable prices. There were just a few bad things that happened. The long-haired male staff member doesn't apologize even if we bump into each other in the narrow aisle. Even if I try to avoid it, there is no sign of avoiding it and it feels bad.

The staff's attitude is bad. When I asked to buy three pairs of shoes during a relatively busy time, the appraisal took over two hours. As closing time approached, there was no call on the phone, so when I headed to the store, another clerk apologized to me and said, ``I forgot to call.'' The clerk who was serving customers at the reception desk looked like he didn't know. It states that the order will not be reserved for the next day, so if something goes wrong, there is a possibility that the amount will not be paid. Although it contained unused branded items, it was offered at a low price. I don't feel well. I will never use it again.

Extremely unfriendly staff, I'll never go there again until the employees change. The manager should tell them to smile at customers, not laugh behind their backs. Not all foreigners don't understand Japanese. And maybe it would be useful to take girls on as well, if someone would agree to work with such boorish guys.
