I put it up for purchase for the first time. In conclusion, it's better to think of it as a recycle shop rather than a second-hand clothing store. I went to buy only the brands that had names on them, but I only made money with about half of what I brought. The rest of the items were rejected because they were out of season and had strong signs of use. Even brands that are “easily priced” can only be purchased for about 1/100 of the new price. It doesn't even cover transportation costs since I have to carry a lot of heavy clothes to buy them. If this is the case, I'd probably take it to a used clothing store in Shimokitazawa, or sell it on Mercari for a much higher price. I'm thinking of going back to stock up on items that are out of season, but from then on, I think I'll only be coming to the store to buy used clothes. As a side note, I was asked if it would be ok for me to call you as it would take about an hour for the appraisal to take place, so I said yes, but after 2 hours I still didn't get a call. When I went to the store and asked for the assessment results, I was told, ``It's ready, so I'll let you know.'' If you could, you should be able to call, but why didn't you call? The employee didn't seem that busy, but I wonder if there was some reason why he couldn't call. Even though it's a holiday, I think it's a time thief, so I think it's better to improve on that point alone.

Recently, the ratings of this store have been increasing rapidly, perhaps because of Sakura, but this store has the lowest efficiency and appraisal rating, and the quality of the staff is terrible. The appraisal took more than 5 hours without notice, and on top of that, it wasn't finished during the day (and I was contacted just at 10 p.m. when the store closed).I checked on the progress midway, and was told that there was just a little more time left, so I believed that and continued waiting nearby. I want my time back. I guess it's a part-time job, but the clerk's response was too inappropriate. At the end of the day, the appraised amount was so high that I wondered if it was really appraised. It doesn't matter if you're selling something that's worth throwing away, but if it's a decent item of clothing, you should take it to another store.

I went to buy it. I will never go there again. Even after waiting for about 3 hours, the assessment was not completed, so I had to settle the bill at a later date. What's more, I was told that items that were out of season wouldn't be worth the price, so I took the items they couldn't buy to another store. The appraisal takes too much time, and even if there are many buyers, you should tell them exactly how long it will take. Simply ``calling after the assessment'' is insufficient. I was left wondering if things that were out of season would have ended faster if they weren't evaluated. If you want to buy clothes, it's better to go to a used clothing store in Sengawa, one station away, instead of here. There, they told me exactly how long the assessment would take, and the assessment was over in about 30 minutes. I should have gone to Sengawa from the beginning.

A great second-hand store with both designer items and less expensive clothes. Most items are fresh and look good. Check this store (and other Bazzstores for that matter) for unique pieces. Do mind, however, it you are a bit taller (like I'm 190cm) and many clothes do not fit my size.
