Came here in 2017 and again in 2024. Prices remain relatively reasonable after 7 years! They have less designer pieces currently than before which, interestingly, was also similar to the other Bazz store that i went to. I found their clothing selection in general was not as abundant as before but im not sure whether it is because my shopping tastes have changed in the past 7 years. I still quite enjoyed shopping here as the prices are overall more reasonable than other thrifting places in the neighbourhood. They only have 2 “fitting rooms” in the store- in fact theyre more like a makeshift space with a curtain and it is very tiny in there and uncomfortable to try and clothes. BUT this is the norm for all thrift stores and their fitting rooms. Just stating this so people are aware.
It's amazing. I'm from Barbados so thrifting in Japan was crazy in itself. In Harajuku, a lot of 'thrift stores' are extremely overpriced, bad quality and are very curated in a way that feels fake and weird. This store was so different though. It felt like actual people donated their clothes there. Like what real people wear. None of that bad quality massive, corny graphic tees every other store had loads of. It was such good quality and genuine, amazingly priced. You know a store is good when the actual vintage and rare stuff is expensive, and the normal stuff isn't pretending to be, and is priced well. I got two shirts of the sales rack that are like nothing I've seen before, for 5 dollars each. And a pair of dress pants for 20. I love this store. 58.
THIS IS THE SPOT! True gold coming out of this store. For the money I paid on one t shirt 2 stores down , I walked away with a pair of shoes and 2 shirts and it still and some change left from Bazzstore. Real mellow environment. A gem in Harajuku for sure. Don’t miss out on going, you’ll be happy you did.
Most women’s items were under 1000 yen and not too worn. They are one of the only clothing stores open on a weekday late night in Harajuku. Store played 2010s US rap/hip hop. Card payment accepted.
