“I was a little nervous at first, but the store staff treated me very kindly, so I was worried and I'm glad I was able to sell. Last time I went to the Treasure Factory to sell things, but they also buy things other than clothes, so it took a long time because there were a lot of people there. However, since ToreFax Style mainly sells second-hand clothes, the time was smooth and helpful. Also, when I had to return an item because it was dirty or used and I couldn't put a price on it, they were kind enough to let me know, so I didn't feel bad about it. I brought the items in paper bags and plastic bags, but they packed them up neatly and I felt like they were doing a thorough job. I really recommend it.”
