“Showed up at 10:58am. The doors were open. The two staff members were chatting with each other. I tried to walk in and I was stopped because they open at 11. This is a clothing store. The employees weren’t doing anything, but refused to let me come inside to look around and I had to stand outside for 2 minutes until they opened. There is no reason for the employees to do this except to demonstrate how much they hate their jobs and have no interest in customer experience.”
