“I have bought many items over the years, but today’s experience means I won’t come back. I tried to try something on but the staff was spaced out & ignoring me. I was standing right by the dressing room and walked right past him trying to get his attention, but he still ignores me. Then he insisted a Japanese customer was first even though they walked up after me. Plenty of other nice shops in Koenji. By the way to the manager: this happened on 2/22 at about 3:30 pm. Male staff.”
