“I had been using this store regularly for several years, and the selection of Chrome Hearts was very good until a few years ago, but it seems that RINKAN has been affected by the trend of decreasing distribution of the brand in Japan in recent years, which is a trend throughout Japan, so I stopped going there. There was a store clerk I was friendly with for a while, and I bought Chrome Hearts from him, and he was a great person, so I used to go there often. I have such fond memories of RINKAN Shinjuku. All the store clerks at the time, including the clerk who was in charge of me, were great people with great personalities, and there were many things I could learn from them, and they always inspired me. However, when I visited the store for the first time in several years, I intuitively felt that the atmosphere in the store had become stagnant. It was no longer the lively, fun, and exciting store of the past. There were two store clerks in the store that day, but even though they clearly noticed me, they didn't say a word of welcome. They both looked me up and down, staring at the Chrome Hearts on my chest. At that point, I thought that working in customer service was out of the question as a person, but since I had already come all the way there, I looked around the store, thinking that they would have some kind of reaction, but in the end, they didn't say anything or bow to me until I left the store, and they just stared at the Chrome Hearts on my chest. I was wearing casual clothes, so maybe they weren't store staff? This is an extremely unthinkable way for a store staff to treat a customer. Well, even if they weren't store staff, it would still be rude as a person. The store staff I respect are no longer there, and if the selection, low selling prices, and high purchase prices are good, I can go to another store, so there is no need to come here and end up being treated so rudely and uncomfortable, so I decided to refrain from doing business with them in the future, with the memories of the past in my heart. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to learn from them as a great example of what not to do.”

“Warning I would like to warn you to be careful when trading with Lincoln. I have been trading with them for over 5 years and have traded with them for over 10 million yen. I think I am a VIP. To be honest, this store wants to operate like a high-brand boutique store like Louis Vuitton, but I think the level of customer service, communication, and response is worse than that of a badly rated izakaya. It only looks like a high-end boutique store. First, my actual experience. When I had a 1.5 million yen Chrome Hearts pair brought to the nearest station to purchase, the staff member said, "I'm hungry, can I have some udon?" and we talked while eating udon at the food court during the 1.5 million yen transaction lol On another day, when I purchased a 600,000 yen Chrome Hearts coat at the same nearest station, I was asked if it was okay to not have a bag, and they just handed it to me. And this time, the person in charge had moved from Shibuya to Shinjuku, and I found out that he had moved after I complained to the headquarters about a different matter lol. I told the manager that I don't want to have such a person in charge, so please change him, but he didn't apologize and just told me to contact him on the official LINE account from now on. Do you understand? The manager has a low level of customer service, so naturally, those below him... It's said that new customers at Lincoln are treated differently, and it's a common scene. I also feel that when someone who isn't the person in charge first talks to me, they talk lazily. Then, as soon as they see my purchase history, their attitude suddenly changes, which is funny lol. It was quite different five years ago. Nowadays, I think there are only arrogant staff who don't know how to serve customers. As for Chrome Hearts, they're in short supply, so I guess they're like, "If you want to buy it, we'll sell it to you." It will be interesting to see what happens when demand catches up, but... Anyway, this incident made me feel that the appearance is a high-end store, but the inside is at the level of an izakaya, and that it's called Lincoln. I don't want to deal with people like this, so I just buy from Rakuten lol. If you have to go to a store to try things on, etc., go with the understanding that the customer service level is rock bottom. If you can check the size, I think it's best to just click and buy from Rakuten. You might be able to buy it cheaper than in-store, so I think the customer service level is pretty terrible anyway. I hope that they don't make any improvements and just let it decay like this, as it would make something to talk about. If you do go, I recommend taking into consideration the comments of people who have given it a low rating. 3.4 out of 65 reviews... So that's what it's like. It is exactly what you'd expect from the store!”

“Yamato helped me pick out a perfect chrome hearts pendant which I had been eyeing for a while now, very happy with my purchase and the help he provided. Big selection of chrome pieces but the space can feel quite cramped”

“Decent selection of items priced higher than at other secondhand retailers. Customer service was by a wide margin the worst I experienced in Japan. Came in looking for a sweater, was told by staff that he'd "go in the back and look." Spent the next 15 minutes waiting as I watched him running in and out of the store, refusing to make eye contact with me, until I approached him and asked what was going on. He barely looked at me before saying "We don't have it." He darted back off, searching for who-knows-what. Don't waste your time, unless you're looking for a neat selection of hyper-overpriced Chrome Hearts. It is truly incomprehensible to me how this shop has a (at time of this review) higher than 3-star rating.”
