“I stopped by the other day. The products they sell are very good. I was really hesitant about buying the products because they were so carefully selected and collected so many good items. But! Is the clerk really sharp? That's my impression. The moment I entered the store, I thought that the customer service seemed to be great because I was talking very friendly with the customer who was paying the bill, but as soon as the customer was gone, I got the impression that he was drinking coffee and was bored, so it was difficult to talk to him. When I talk to them and am unsure about the details of a product, they are very easy to talk to and respond with bright smiles, but as soon as I find out that I am not going to buy it, they are very responsive. He had a really bad attitude. When I write a review, it seems like it's a good impression, but even though they're paid to work, the store staff were really bad. That's why I'm thinking about going to another vintage clothing store in the future.”
“I’m surprised to see this shop get so many negative reviews, my experience with the staff was very different to be honest. Kazuo, the clerk with the buzz cut, was very friendly & was more than happy to help me out in my search. In my short time there, I managed to find some great European designer pieces for very reasonable prices. Not to mention the dope music selections that played while I shopped (when’s the last time you’ve heard Squarepusher being played in a retail space?!). Great vibes overall - will definitely come back next time I’m in Tokyo.”
“This will be a harsh review. I had to kill some time at Sangenjaya, which I rarely go to, so I stopped by. The selection is very nice. If you like vintage accessories and antique things, you will find many items that will appeal to you. I went there with the idea that if I saw something I liked, I would buy it, but the store staff was really pushing me and I felt strongly that they wanted me to buy it. Even when I said that it was difficult for me to buy the product financially, I was often told in a pushy way, saying, ``You should buy at this timing,'' which made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't know what the store's sales policy is, but as an apparel salesperson myself, I couldn't relate to their customer service style. The unit price was relatively high, so if you have an intention to purchase something or can clearly state that you have no intention of purchasing it, I think you can try it, but if you are like me and don't have too much pressure I don't recommend going if you are weak. It was a shame because the selection was so cute. I don't think I will go to this store again.”
“When I tried to enter the store while it was open, the vendor and the clerk were talking about the aquarium at the entrance, and when I tried to pass behind them, they ignored me and wouldn't let me through. Do you feel like you can't enter now? Even if I tried to talk to them so they could hear me, they ignored me. I will never go there. I don't think of anyone other than the big customers who spend money on this store. If so, please make a reservation.”
“I was nervous because the reviews were low, but the customer service was really nice. If you go there expecting customer service similar to that of a branded street store, you may be disappointed. The product lineup is quite unique, but I was satisfied because I was able to get some great items at a very low price.”
