“I'm going to post something about this shop that I love, but that I've always been curious about. I wish they could improve it. I've been coming here regularly for years, but the staff changes often. Therefore, every time I buy a product, I get asked things like ``Where are you from?'' and ``Are you going somewhere?'' Even though I don't think I'm interested, they have a conversation that seems like a template, and I get tired every time... This may be unnecessary, but I think it would be better for unique select second-hand clothing stores that charge reasonable prices to have more employees to deal with customer service, since most of the time there is only one employee standing at the store, and it seems like he is a part-time worker rather than an employee.”
“I've been following their Instagram for a long time and been to their store many times, but when I went with my husband, I was suddenly told that they don't have anything for men. Is this how they treat customers? Are they telling me to leave? Their Instagram photos are always great and make me want to buy, but every time I come and see the real thing, I'm disappointed. I know they're charging a high price, but the real thing has mold on the leather and is mostly repaired. I guess they're selling it because of the popularity and photos on Instagram? I want to buy it here! If not, I wouldn't think about buying it if I looked at the items properly with my sense of reason.”
“This store is where I have occasionally peeked in and shopped. This time, I visited for work. Since I was there for work, I arrived with plenty of time to spare, so I arrived at the store 3 minutes early that day. I entered the store and called out to him, but there was no response. When I heard a voice from outside the store, a woman with a septum and afro hair, Chosuke Ikariya, was blowing cigarette smoke out of her nose and said in a rather angry tone, ``There's only one minute left, why do you want me to come at that time?'' I went there for work that day, but normally I'm a customer as well. I won't go there again because I don't want to pay even a single yen as a customer. I would like to share my story without recommending it to others. I usually think that the word "〇〇ssuka" is not an honorific word, but what do you think? In other words, it's customer service from close friends. There is a clerk who cannot work anywhere else other than this store.”
“I came across this little store and I stoped by. The lady was very friendly and encouraged me to try on items that I liked. Might be a bit pricey but seems many of their products are unique. More like used clothes-make over kind of clothing I assume. I was happy with my purchase and my shopping experience here!”
“They have very good taste and well curated collection of vintage. However the quality was very poor. I bought an down jacket right before they went into Holliday. But the jacket kept on shedding fur as soon as I started to wear them. Every time I would take off the jacket I looked like a bird. I went to get refund/ ask them if they could give me any solutions. But they said no, and to get it taped. For an expensive vintage this was ripoff.”
