“I find this store very useful because they always take anything, but I was annoyed by the way the staff treated me today. While I was waiting for the appraisal, the store was small and crowded, so I waited while looking at the items outside. More than 20 minutes passed without my name being called (they just told me to wait with my number tag), so I went inside to ask how long it would take, and was told, "The appraisal is finished." They said, "We called you once," but I couldn't hear them at all. When I told them I was right there the whole time, they said, "I guess they couldn't hear you." They did buy my items, but it was a very unpleasant experience.”

They have several locations around Ota and Shinagawa Wards, including Umeyashiki, Kojiya, and Ebaramachi. Clothing is generally priced at around 550 yen. Items are categorized by item, and sizes are easy to see. They have a wide selection of items for women, men, and children. The items are in excellent condition. While brand-name or valuable items can go up to 2,750 yen, I appreciate the pricing, which makes it easy to buy multiple items. They also have a fitting room. The shop staff were stylish and very friendly. I brought in some unused miscellaneous items. I didn't get a particularly high price, but I thought it would be great to sell them at this wonderful shop. They appraise them more highly than Book Off, and you can buy them for less. Above all, I really appreciate the company's commitment to being a community-based business.”
