“It was friendly when I entered. If you explain various things (mixture ratio of clothes), you will understand. I didn't buy anything and thank you for the explanation! However, unlike before, he was expressionless and didn't even bow. I felt terrible. I thought about people with beards and the customer service industry. It was such a bad show that I didn't even want to give it a rating. I will never go there again.”
“I was warned not to buy it even after trying it on repeatedly, and even though I sent a message of apology, there was no reply, so I would like to comment to see what you think. To put it simply, I didn't end up purchasing it because I couldn't find any value beyond the price (including the customer service). Not only this store, there are many stores where I feel that the price range is high. However, at other stores, they will suggest clothes that match the clothes you are trying on, and they will tell you about the culture that you cannot understand just by looking at them, so even if it is expensive, the customer service is enough to make you want to shop here. However, this store does not have that "customer service". ``The pants are thick, so they look modern.'' ``The drape is beautiful.'' You can tell just by trying them on. I didn't have any suggestions for new clothes, so I was looking for them myself and trying them on, but I thought it was wrong to be rejected. I thought that the quality of customer service was low because their understanding and resolution of clothing was so low. Maybe it's the company's policy, but I got the impression that they put their products first, not the customers, and regardless of whether that's good or bad, I didn't feel it suited me.”
“This is the worst store, where the staff are obviously rude if you don't try on clothes before buying them. The prices are high. The staff also have little understanding of second-hand clothing. They wouldn't be able to make the best suggestions unless they understand designer and import items. They try to sell you things and their attitude when they realize you're not going to buy is so bad that it might as well be unmanned. It's a branch of Three in Sangenjaya, but both are expensive and the customer service is pushy and annoying. I won't be visiting again. By the way, when I pointed out the poor customer service, one staff member made an excuse saying he originally worked in finance. Even if he originally worked in finance, he's now involved in fashion, so I wish he would take more responsibility in his work.”
“This is a modern second-hand clothing store with a fashionable atmosphere, displaying high-end brand clothing. It's a good choice for people who are interested in a particular brand or are looking for one-of-a-kind, high-quality second-hand clothing. I'm not particularly attached to brands or rare items, and I prefer to choose clothes that suit me and have a design I like, even if they're not well-known, so this style of second-hand clothing store seemed a little hip to me. The prices are a bit high, but the staff are nice.”
“Even though it's a second-hand clothes store, there's almost no smell typical of second-hand clothes. Are the items on display not so much second-hand clothes as the elite items that have survived that era? All of them are in such excellent condition that it makes you think. However, the price is also quite high. T-shirts cost around 10,000 yen, and slacks cost around 30,000 yen. It's a bit of a different store for me, but I like the calm atmosphere of the staff.”
