“Wanted to check out the store if they have new pokemon packs for sale but they only do claw machines for the new ones for maximize profit, I played the machine and put money in but the machine was old and there were parts of the machines that blocks the things you were supposed to grab (the thing blocking the reward is not intentional, it was parts of the machine falling apart) my wife and I politely asked for help to move the obstructions but the female staff kept saying “dore?” To my wife about 20x and we kept pointing at the problem and kept saying please or any words we know in japanese to help translate, she then proceeded to give up with talking to us then fixed the problem so she knew the whole time what we meant but just wanted to laugh with her co worker about us right in front of our faces. I honestly dont write reviews because I love Japan and I am grateful for being welcomed here but that experience alone pissed me off how they laughed at my wife in front of her face as they mock her not being able to speak japanese fluently as shes trying to be a paying customer. I love Japan and that I know this was a staff issue not a Japan issue. Please hire better staff these young people could piss off someone more important than me and might cause damage to the reputation of the store.”
“Went to look at Pokemon cards, the prices were way over normal market value. Same went for everything else in the store.”
“I love searching toys in hobby off.i wish i can buy more toys🇯🇵🇵🇭”
“This is one of five Hobby Off stores that I visit when I'm in the Fussa area. It's 2km left from Seiyu Department Store Fussa on the same road. You will find wonderful stuff each visit.”
“If you're looking for Pokemon there wasn't a large selection. There are lots of other cards. toys, etc though”
