“My son got a jersey and he realized that it was for a girl's team. We went back to the store immediately to exchange men's team one they said they can't do it. Men's team one was cheaper than woman's so I said you can keep the change,but they still said no. So I tried to sell it to them , they said they will take it for 600yen which was just 20% of the total cost. At the time ,we just came back from the fishing , I didn't have lD with me. They said I need ID to sell it. They should told me from the beginning that they can't exchange or refund at all.”
