“Extremely rude to foreigners. Refused to let me check the Pokemon cards conditions. And then refused to sell me all the cards that I selected (he pulled all of them out of the display) so no idea why he wouldn’t sell them. They were cheap cards. And would only let me buy the 1 expensive 30,000+ yen card I wanted. He got red faced and visibly angry at the till when I ask why he wouldn’t sell. So I cancelled everything in the end. He was the manager too”

“They sell lots of luxury bags (LV, Chanel, Hermes Gucci, & Dior) and wallets, which I thought were mid-high price range. I found a newish LV wallet at a fairly affordable price. They also sell jewellery, shoes, sunglasses, loads of clothes, DVDs, and cds. It's tax-free for tourists, but you need to show your passport. Staff were friendly, patient, and helpful. I recommend visiting this store!”

“The new challenge of the famous secondhand book store, BOOK OFF. This store, as a complex of book, CD&DVD, and digital gadgets, has a large volume of secondhand items. The store location is just a little bit out of Tokyo. Next to Adachi-ku, north-east Tokyo, it takes around 1 hour from the city center. In my personal feeling, the farther from city center you go, the better & cheaper items you can find. Please try to take one day off and spend the the whole day here during your stay in Tokyo.”

“Obviously there were a lot of books, but there are floors of other items as well. Much more organized and clean than similar stores I've been to. there were many staff at the check outs so the line moved fast, not many on the floor for customers. it was very easy to see prices, and a lot of selection. I will go there more when my Japanese is better”
