“This is a six story bookstore... Narrow, but certainly one of the largest used bookstores you can find. The first floor is packed with used games including some retro games and a small character merchandise section. There are CDs and DVDs on the 2nd floor, and comic books are on the 5th and 6th floors. There is a small selection of English books on the 6th floor right when you come off the escalator.”

“Very selection of comics and DVD's. Has duty free cashier. Needs pump up the AC in the summer (Feels like 80degF inside of the store)!”

“Most of the staff are nice, except for one experience. Family members mistakenly went to the non-tax free counter and got shouted to go to the tax-free counter, even though it was a honest mistake, especially since the location of the non-tax free counter was more noticeable. You could have said it clearly without the need to shout... or more gently if they made a mistake. I felt very bad for them... The description is similar to other reviews. It was a guy, although I couldn't catch the name.”

“A great place to find Manga, DVDs, Toys and Video Game... The staff is really nice. Some staff knows the products in stock better than others. The staff knows little English so if you don't speak Japanese and look for a specific product, the best is either to be patient and look at all the products or find the Japanese names before visiting the store on the internet. The place is huge and close late at night which is great. The classification is well done. All Book Off have very different products as it is second hands. Only complaint, most Tokyo Book Off were closed for inventory on May 27 and it was not on the website or google. Most clients and tourists were angry or disappointed. (I did a 1 hour travel on the subway to find it closed when I could have done something else) Other than that great shop.”

“Really good prices. I was able to find a couple of games that never thought they would still be available. I saw them on ebay but they were too expensive. It's a big building, so you won't miss it. Make sure to look around very well, because there are a lot of games and you might miss the one you're looking for.”
