“Staff are not particularly welcoming and customer service is average; however the items are well priced and significantly lower than other thrift stores in japan- most pieces are in good to excellent condition and they carry a variety of designer brands as well. A good place to go searching for mid to high end brands for affordable prices (e.g burberry, ysl, chloe). Went there twice and Would definitely go back. 2024 update: came back here and service remains the same - their curation is a bit lacking compared to 2017 (but that WAS a long time ago). I was a bit disappointed that their designer section was meagre and didnt really compare to before. I still found a few items to purchase and were happy with them/”
