“Rude staff. They shoved things in my direction, loudly point at directions and didn't even bother trying to accomodate for the guests. Disappointed in the selection too. I won't be back.”

“BUYERS BEWARE! Avoid this store at all costs, they sell counterfeit products, and refuse to refund even when there is proof their items are not genuine!!! ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: As discussed I am not able to return to the store as I am at another city and leaving the country. I have advised that I could return for a refund AT MY OWN COST FOR A REFUND but that was not accepted. It Is ridiculous that you are selling counterfeit items at your store.”

“Highly recommend! They had a 300yen rack out the front and discounted racks in store. Variety of clothing and brands with accessible prices. Cash only and no tax free though- if that’s important to you 😊”

“Came here in 2017 and again in 2024. Prices remain relatively reasonable after 7 years! They have less designer pieces currently than before which, interestingly, was also similar to the other Bazz store that i went to. I found their clothing selection in general was not as abundant as before but im not sure whether it is because my shopping tastes have changed in the past 7 years. I still quite enjoyed shopping here as the prices are overall more reasonable than other thrifting places in the neighbourhood. They only have 2 “fitting rooms” in the store- in fact theyre more like a makeshift space with a curtain and it is very tiny in there and uncomfortable to try and clothes. BUT this is the norm for all thrift stores and their fitting rooms. Just stating this so people are aware.”

“THIS IS THE SPOT! True gold coming out of this store. For the money I paid on one t shirt 2 stores down , I walked away with a pair of shoes and 2 shirts and it still and some change left from Bazzstore. Real mellow environment. A gem in Harajuku for sure. Don’t miss out on going, you’ll be happy you did.”
