“It's probably been around for a really long time. I'm not interested in second-hand clothes so I've never been inside. I think it's amazing that it's been in business for so long. If there are things that never deteriorate and things that become more valuable the older they are, then maybe running a second-hand shop like this is a good job.”

“This was my first time visiting. I was looking for second-hand T-shirts, but I looked all over the store and found many things that caught my eye. I spoke to about three store staff members, and they were all kind. There was also information in the store about how to prevent damage when trying on clothes, so I thought I should be more careful. I tried on a few items, and no one was particularly unpleasant. After much hesitation, I was able to purchase a second-hand T-shirt that I liked, so I'm very satisfied. I'll visit again.”

“I went in at 10:45am on a Sunday with no signs indicating opening hours or CLOSED, and was greeted with a brusque and unfriendly "We open at 11...". If they don't want people to come, they should at least put up signs letting people know the opening hours or that they are not yet open. If they are adults and in a business that caters to customers, they should be able to say something like "Welcome. I'm sorry, but we are not yet open."”
