“I have been using both the store and the website frequently for a long time, and I shopped at the platinum member level. But lately, I've noticed a noticeable drop in quality and it's been frustrating. In the past six months alone, 1. Parts of the pearl chain were broken. 2. The leather string of the pochette came loose as soon as it arrived. 3. The tassel thread of the pouch broke the second time and fell apart. 4. The hem of the dress was left cut and the threads came out after walking for an hour, which was unseemly. 5. When I returned the damaged item, the office was moving and I was not informed of this, so I had to deal with various things such as the shipping company calling me to ask if I would like to forward the item to the new address. 6. When I found out that the fabric was discolored and was instructed to return it, I responded immediately, but since then I haven't heard back from them even on the promised date. When I emailed them out of desperation, the answering machine just said, ``I'll get back to you regarding your inquiry,'' and there was no apology. They are enthusiastic about updating new products every day via SNS, email, and live streaming, and I think their after-purchase support is appropriate. I don't know if it's a cost reduction thing, but the high price paid for this quality and response is becoming ridiculous.”

“I went into the store eager to buy something in America for the first time since it was on sale. I really liked a certain product, so I registered as a member, but when I checked the product and was told that I couldn't return it or exchange it, there was a big hole... What about the quality control? I had told the store staff what I wanted, but the moment it turned out that it was a B item and it didn't sell, I was advised to do the exact opposite... I guess the customer's request doesn't matter as long as it sells.”

“They sell disposable quality clothing at very high prices. The outerwear cost around 40,000 yen, and the fabric tore after only wearing it 2.3 times. I was stunned. Even though I chose something that wasn't that flimsy, it tore at the seams and exposed the contents... Nowadays, even if it's cheap, the quality isn't this bad. Of course, this has never happened with other brands of clothing. Outerwear that can't withstand even normal wear... There have been many things before, but this one was decisive. It's really expensive so I won't buy it again.”

“It was the first time in my life that the door was opened without a voice while I was trying on something. There were two people there, and I think it was a customer who opened the door, not a staff member... They said "Oh... sorry" and quickly closed the door. After that, they knocked and asked "How is your customer?" When I answered "I'm changing now," they said "I'm sorry." When I handed them the clothes as I was leaving, they didn't apologize, but just said "Thank you" as if nothing had happened. I can't help opening the door by mistake, but I regret that they knocked afterwards and asked me how I liked it without an apology. The clothes I tried on were very nice and I wanted to buy them, but I felt bad and left the store without buying them. What a shame.”

“I am always treated by wonderful staff. Is it really true that it has the lowest rating? I feel that way. On the contrary, I used to feel that the Shinjuku and Shinsaibashi stores were terrible, but out of all the stores, this store is the nicest. I find the customer service to be so wonderful that I end up visiting even if it's far away. If you want to buy Ameri Vintage clothes, the Daikanyama store is definitely the place to go.”
